DIRK VAN VOOREN, A MOVING CARICATURE !
The Carto(o)n-act is a comedy act which is of a particularly visual nature during which Dirk van Vooren makes a parody of various national and international artists by means of painted cardboard figures. The success of the act lies in the fast transformations of the cardboard figures that change from one artist into another under the eyes of the audience.
All the figures in the act have been designed and painted by Dirk himself.
The act goes on for a minimum of 12 minutes and a maximum of 35 minutes and can be fitted into many programmes provided that some technical requirements are met.
The Carto(o)n-act is supported by a music tape determining the total duration and timing of the act. The act is excellent for a mixed and international audience.
